5. Payments & Fees

Tutors will be compensated according to the rates agreed upon through the platform. TutorJobs365 charges a service fee for facilitating connections between tutors and students. Payment terms, schedules, and applicable fees are outlined in your tutor agreement. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on TutorJobs365 are owned by TutorJobs365 Global Inc. or its licensors. Tutors retain ownership of their original teaching materials but grant TutorJobs365 a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them through the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

TutorJobs365 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
